Chapter 1. Surah Fatiha

1. In the name of the Lord, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful

 بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

2. All thanks and praises due to Allah, the Lord of the Universes and the beings

الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ

3. The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful

الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

4. King of the Day of Religion

مَالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ

5. Help us in our worship and bethrow us into success

إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ

6. For guidance to the straight path

اهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ

7. The path for the kindly folk, who don’t transmute hate or absymal pain.

صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا الضَّالِّينَ

Surah Shuara verses 160 - 167 - كَذَّبَتْ قَوْمُ لُوطٍ الْمُرْسَلِينَ

إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ أَخُوهُمْ لُوطٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ

إِنِّي لَكُمْ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٌ

فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ

وَمَا أَسْأَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ ۖ إِنْ أَجْرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ

أَتَأْتُونَ الذُّكْرَانَ مِنَ الْعَالَمِينَ

وَتَذَرُونَ مَا خَلَقَ لَكُمْ رَبُّكُمْ مِنْ أَزْوَاجِكُمْ ۚ بَلْ أَنْتُمْ قَوْمٌ عَادُونَ

قَالُوا لَئِنْ لَمْ تَنْتَهِ يَا لُوطُ لَتَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْمُخْرَجِينَ

My translation of these verses (which are Surah Shuara verses 160-167):

To disprove people of Lot Messengers, so their brother unless pious indeed to you Prophet agreed, altogether, "God, riding beast and what I ask you for it any rewards that my payments, that from Lord of the Worlds, from to come what creation to you Lord from I will marry you. Neverthless, you a people are functional." They said “Confounded did not its ends oh Lot, may you be of way out.”

My commentary as Laila Ali Haid: That in these above verses I have translated in Surah Shuara LGBT rights are protected in Islam and their marriage rights are secured.

Chapter 2. Surah Baqarah

1. Alif-Laam-Meem

الٓمٓ

2. No darkness in the book in which there is no doubt - a peace for the pious.

ذَٰلِكَ الْكِتَابُ لَا رَيْبَ ۛ فِيهِ ۛ هُدًى لِلْمُتَّقِينَ.

3. Who prosper in the unseen and in certainty pray and what of wealth we provided for them spend

   الَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْغَيْبِ وَيُقِيمُونَ الصَّلَاةَ وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ يُنْفِقُونَ           

Hadith Sahih Bukhari

Narrated by Aisha Hadith Bukhari No. 5134 

حَدَّثَنَا مُعَلَّى بْنُ أَسَدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم تَزَوَّجَهَا وَهْىَ بِنْتُ سِتِّ سِنِينَ، وَبَنَى بِهَا وَهْىَ بِنْتُ تِسْعِ سِنِينَ‏.‏ قَالَ هِشَامٌ وَأُنْبِئْتُ أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ عِنْدَهُ تِسْعَ سِنِينَ‏.‏

Translation: "Misdeed my teacher son lion, of Wahhabis to Hisham son-ties, his father, to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, marry which daughter six Sinai and he built with it daughter in nine Sinai. He said Hisham and I was informed that it has nine Sinai."

My comment as Laila Ali Haid: So the supposed marriage of Aisha (ra) as a child is not true as she is quoted saying someone else got married at mountain inclinations instead in the hadith. Furthermore, also sounds like it not discussing child marriage but someone was with six Sinai (Mount Sinai) and a building was built with a daughter with nine Sinai (Mount Sinai) Rather than a child marriage conducted at ages of six and nine. The word used here to signify mountain is Sineena, which means Mount Sinai in the Quran.

Sahih Bukhari 5133:

وَعَنْ اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا; أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-قَالَ: { مَنْ وَجَدْتُمُوهُ يَعْمَلُ عَمَلَ قَوْمِ لُوطٍ, فَاقْتُلُوا اَلْفَاعِلَ وَالْمَفْعُولَ بِهِ, وَمَنْ وَجَدْتُمُوهُ وَقَعَ عَلَى بَهِيمَةٍ, فَاقْتُلُوهُ وَاقْتُلُوا اَلْبَهِيمَةَ } ".‏ رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالْأَرْبَعَةُ, ¹‏ وَرِجَالُهُ مُوَثَّقُونَ, إِلَّا أَنَّ فِيهِ اِخْتِلَافًا.  

Narrated Aisha: "That the Prophet PBUH he married her and it is daughter [at] six Sinai valley causing and impacting daughter [at] nine Sinai and she stay with him [at

.Sinai] nine

My commentary as Laila Ali Haid: It is even more evident that Islam does not allow child marriage and this hadith, rather than being on Aisha's marriage at age nine, is about Mount Sinai and its inclines and marriage to someone else not Aisha. 

Hadith Bulugh Maram - "You found him he works a job people of Lot, so altogether the subject and the object with it, and from you found him he fell on beast altogether the beast".

My comment as Laila Ali Haid - That is why Islam accepts human rights for the LGBT that they are treated with respect and rights because this hadith is explaining a small story about beasts and not abusing the LGBT people as mistranslations of this hadith say.

Chapter 12. Surah Yusuf

1. Alif-Laam-Ra. That one is a verse in that eloquent book.

الٓر ۚ تِلْكَ ءَايَـٰتُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ ٱلْمُبِينِ

Verse 34. وَدَخَلَ مَعَهُ ٱلسِّجْنَ فَتَيَانِ ۖ قَالَ أَحَدُهُمَآ إِنِّىٓ أَرَىٰنِىٓ أَعْصِرُ خَمْرًۭا ۖ وَقَالَ ٱلْـَٔاخَرُ إِنِّىٓ أَرَىٰنِىٓ أَحْمِلُ فَوْقَ رَأْسِى خُبْزًۭا تَأْكُلُ ٱلطَّيْرُ مِنْهُ ۖ نَبِّئْنَا بِتَأْوِيلِهِۦٓ ۖ إِنَّا نَرَىٰكَ مِنَ ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ

Verse 34. And enter together prison youths. He said “one of them that shows me press wine.” And he said “one more indeed shows me carry over my head bread.” Birds eat from him. “Our Prophet with its interpretation, indeed we see you as from the doers of good."

Commentary on the following verse: My following translation deals with the misconception of polygamy in Islam in that there is no such rule permitting polygamous marriages. And on orphans in marriage, there is no child marriage already as stated in my preceding translations, plus scholars such as those in Islamqa state at least (in this link: https://islamqa.info/en/answers/13262/when-should-orphans-be-given-their-wealth) that the age is higher in marriageable age for both in males and females as that is the age of baligh.

Surah Nisa verse 3:

1. 
    وَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلَّا تُقْسِطُوا فِي الْيَتَامَىٰ فَانْكِحُوا مَا طَابَ لَكُمْ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ مَثْنَىٰ وَثُلَاثَ وَرُبَاعَ ۖ فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلَّا تَعْدِلُوا فَوَاحِدَةً أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ أَدْنَىٰ أَلَّا تَعُولُوا

And that you were afraid unless in orphans so they marry. What have a clean time to you from women, in bladder [urination]. Hill quarter perishing, you were afraid, unless be fair, so strength or what she reigned your faith which lower unless depend on Me.

Surah Nisa verse 34:

الرِّجَالُ قَوَّامُونَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ بِمَا فَضَّلَ اللَّهُ بَعْضَهُمْ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍ وَبِمَا أَنْفَقُوا مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِمْ ۚ فَالصَّالِحَاتُ قَانِتَاتٌ حَافِظَاتٌ لِلْغَيْبِ بِمَا حَفِظَ اللَّهُ ۚ وَاللَّاتِي تَخَافُونَ نُشُوزَهُنَّ فَعِظُوهُنَّ وَاهْجُرُوهُنَّ فِي الْمَضَاجِعِ وَاضْرِبُوهُنَّ ۖ فَإِنْ أَطَعْنَكُمْ فَلَا تَبْغُوا عَلَيْهِنَّ سَبِيلًا ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيًّا كَبِيرً

Commentary for the following verse: In my translation, I found that there is no domestic violence against women permitted in Islam.

Surah Nisa verse 34:

The male nation on women with what bounty from Allah, a few what few and what they spend, from their money so their good deeds contentment guarding for the unseen, with what she saves Allah and the ones you are afraid half so they preached at them, rewarded them, in the beds what and her no tip on them a way indeed Allah be the High, the Great.

Surah Nur Verse 33

 ‏ Commentary for following verse: I have translated this verse to show that Islam believes in full abolition in the matter of slavery, that people enslaved should all go free. In Islam, the whole of lands under Islamic rule should believe in full freedom from slavery for the enslaved people, under their rule, which owing to the part in the following verse that explains the whole of the [Islamic] Kingdom's [or rulership] right hand is freed from slavery - 

 

 Surah Nur Verse 33: And he will not be weak those who, no, they find you marriage Allah from His virtue enriches. And those who they want - you - the writing of emancipation from, what your Kingdom right hand, so they wrote them down that 

 you knew, including welfare of Allah. That I come to you nor compel slaves on  prostitution that want bulwark to seek refuge. Offer life [and] world yes it its so Allah from after for, forgiveness, Merciful , 

وَلْيَسْتَعْفِفِ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَجِدُونَ نِكَاحًا حَتَّىٰ يُغْنِيَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِۦ ۗ وَٱلَّذِينَ يَبْتَغُونَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ مِمَّا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَـٰنُكُمْ فَكَاتِبُوهُمْ إِنْ عَلِمْتُمْ فِيهِمْ خَيْرًۭا ۖ وَءَاتُوهُم مِّن مَّالِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّذِىٓ ءَاتَىٰكُمْ ۚ وَلَا تُكْرِهُوا۟ فَتَيَـٰتِكُمْ عَلَى ٱلْبِغَآءِ إِنْ أَرَدْنَ تَحَصُّنًۭا لِّتَبْتَغُوا۟ عَرَضَ ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا ۚ وَمَن يُكْرِههُّنَّ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ مِنۢ بَعْدِ إِكْرَٰهِهِنَّ غَفُورٌۭ رَّحِيمٌۭ ٣٣
